Head of Accounting (GER/ENG)

Responsibilities

Compile month end data to document AR Aging, AP aging, General Ledger & Balance Sheet
Oversee the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's finance system consistent with IFRS
Ensure timely resolution and escalation of outstanding reconciling items
Coordinate statutory audits for European branches
Lead process improvement within the Group and across European entities
Drive the selection and implementation of a financial planning system
Lead monthly forecasts and annual budget preparing monthly financial results and variance analysis
Provide regular and ad hoc financial analyses and information
Analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans

Profile:

8+ years of experience with accounting financial analysis, reporting and forecasting
Qualified accountant (ACCA, Swiss CPA) with strong experience in international environment
Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to join an exciting and fast-growing business in a strategic business partering position
Fluent in both German & English
